Installers: experience is welcomed but not necessary. 
 

Roof leads : Must have one year experience

Solar electricians : Must have two years experience.

Roofers : Must have two years experience.

​

Any individual who’s looking to be hired must be able to pass a background check, work in extreme heat, must not be afraid of heights.
